Refund policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
Shipping
- Send an email to hola@rafega.com to confirm your return.
- Once the return is requested by the customer, a new shipping label will be generated.
- The customer must take the package, sealed in its original condition, to their local post office. The refund will be issued once the package has been received and inspected.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
